Today, I am excited to announce the promotion of Christina Fontana as Whitebox’s Vice President of Customer Success.
Whitebox offers clients a next-generation ecommerce technology platform that enables brands and manufacturers to increase sales and reduce costs. At Whitebox we are as focused on building the right team as we are on building the right technology; it is the combination of high-tech and high-touch that provides our customers differentiated value.
Since last fall when Christina joined Whitebox, she has had an incredible impact on the company, both internally for our teams and externally for our customers. She embodies our “Make it Happen” company value, and is providing instrumental day-to-day leadership and focus that is so important in a high-growth tech start-up.
Christina will be responsible for leading the Customer Success team as Whitebox continues to expand its team, technology, and ecommerce sales and fulfillment solutions for clients.
Christina has served in client partnership and marketing roles in the technology and marketing industry for the past 10 years, including the past year with Whitebox. Throughout her career, Christina has proven herself as a builder and leader of successful customer-facing teams, being the voice of the client to the broader organization, and working with clients to achieve their goals. In her role here at Whitebox, Christina will be building and leading the Customer Success team to assure our clients are getting the full benefit of the suite of capabilities our technology offers, and getting the maximum value from their partnership with Whitebox.
The Customer Success team at Whitebox is critical to our client base. Our team’s expertise helps our clients define their brand strategies and build and execute their ecommerce marketing and fulfillment capabilities to implement the chosen strategy. With Christina leading this department, I’m confident Whitebox will be able to equip all of our customers with the knowledge and resources to offer the best growth plans for their businesses. Her role will be critical in helping Whitebox define our own company strategy and growth moving forward.
