I am thrilled to welcome Chichi Nyagah-Nash as Whitebox’s chief of staff. Chichi will join the Whitebox leadership team, facilitating the execution of various strategic initiatives and overseeing the human resources department, developing and implementing the company’s talent strategy.
In this role, Chichi will partner with the leadership team to increase cross-functional collaboration and organizational optimization. She will play a key role in implementing company-wide projects that support the growth of Whitebox and positively impact the areas in which we operate. Chichi will spearhead the Whitebox Impact program, enabling our teams to engage with and give back to our communities.

Chichi joins Whitebox with more than 13 years of experience leading HR initiatives and operational management, most recently for the City of Baltimore, where she oversaw the HR and operational functions of the city’s Transportation, Public Works, IT, General Services and Labor Relations departments. Prior to her service with the City of Baltimore, she worked as a program administrator at US Foodservice, where she rolled out employee engagement initiatives and managed projects related to ethics, compliance and security.
Chichi is an invaluable addition to the leadership team at Whitebox. Ecommerce is an ever-changing industry, so it’s critical to have leaders in place who are dynamic, nimble and visionary, and can inspire and energize all those around them. Amazing leaders achieve amazing things.
